Probrou is a free online community platform that allows users to:
- Share their own affiliate product links.
- Upload their own product review videos.
- Create and manage circles.
- Join communities and follow other users.
- Discover shopping deals shared by members.
The platform enables users to build communities, interact through posts, comments, and chat features, and potentially earn income through independent affiliate programs that they join separately.
Probrou does not provide affiliate links, does not operate or manage any affiliate program, and does not guarantee any earnings or income. All affiliate links, videos, reviews, and related content are independently created and shared by users.
Probrou does not sell, own, manufacture, distribute, or control any third-party products or services. Any purchase made through links shared on the platform is solely between the user and the respective third-party seller.
Probrou functions solely as a technology platform that hosts user-generated content and facilitates community interaction.
Probrou is not responsible for the accuracy, quality, safety, legality, availability, authenticity, or performance of any products, services, affiliate links, or information shared by users or third parties.
2. Prohibited Activities
By using Probrou, users agree that they will NOT:
- Share harmful, illegal, misleading, fraudulent, or spam links.
- Post unauthorized or deceptive affiliate links.
- Engage in harassment, abuse, threats, hate speech, bullying, or misconduct.
- Impersonate another person or misuse another user's account.
- Upload videos, images, or other content without proper permission.
- Upload copyrighted material without authorization.
- Share illegal, obscene, violent, or otherwise prohibited content.
- Violate any applicable laws or third-party rights.
If such content is reported or detected, Probrou reserves the right to remove the content, restrict the account, suspend the user, or permanently terminate the account without prior notice.
3. User Responsibilities
3.1 Accurate Information
Users must provide accurate and truthful information, including but not limited to:
- Product name
- Product price
- Product link
- Name
- Email address
- Date of birth
- Any other required information
3.2 No Illegal Content
Users must not upload or promote illegal products, services, content, or links.
3.3 No Fake or Misleading Content
Users must not publish fake advertisements, misleading pricing, false product claims, deceptive affiliate links, or inaccurate information.
3.4 Copyright Responsibility
Users are solely responsible for ensuring they have the legal right to upload any content.
3.5 User Accountability
Users are fully responsible for everything they post, upload, or share. Probrou reserves the right to remove any content or take action against accounts that violate these Terms.
4. Payments and Subscriptions
Probrou may offer optional VIP Memberships, subscriptions, or premium features. By purchasing a subscription or VIP Membership, you agree to pay the applicable charges displayed during checkout.
Subscriptions may automatically renew unless cancelled before the next billing cycle, where applicable.
Probrou reserves the right to modify subscription pricing, plans, or features at any time. Changes will apply to future billing periods.
Failure of payment may result in suspension or removal of premium features.
5. Refunds
All payments made for VIP Memberships and subscriptions are final and non-refundable. Refunds will only be considered in the following situations:
- A successful payment was completed, but the purchased subscription or VIP Membership was not activated due to a verified technical issue.
- The user was charged multiple times for the same purchase because of a verified payment processing error.
Eligible refunds will be processed after verification using the original payment method.
6. Payment Processing
Payments within Probrou may be processed by trusted third-party payment service providers. Probrou does not store users' credit card numbers, debit card numbers, CVV, UPI PINs, or other sensitive payment credentials. All payment information is securely handled by the respective payment service provider.
7. Limitation of Liability
Probrou shall not be responsible for:
- Business losses.
- Financial losses.
- Loss of profits or commissions.
- Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
- Any disputes between buyers and sellers.
- Problems related to third-party sellers, affiliate programs, or merchants.
- Delays or failures in commission payments from affiliate programs.
Users access third-party websites and complete purchases entirely at their own risk.
8. Intellectual Property
The Probrou name, logos, trademarks, designs, and all related branding elements are the exclusive property of Vitledg.
Users retain ownership of the content they upload.
By uploading content, users grant Probrou a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, process, distribute, and promote that content solely for operating, improving, and promoting the platform.
Users may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or use Probrou's branding without prior written permission.
9. Account Security
Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials. Any activity performed through a user's account will be considered the responsibility of that user. Users must immediately notify Probrou if they suspect unauthorized access to their account.
10. Privacy
Your use of Probrou is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the platform, you consent to the collection, storage, and processing of your information as described in the Privacy Policy.
11. Termination
Probrou reserves the right to suspend, restrict, disable, or permanently terminate any account that violates these Terms, Community Guidelines, or applicable laws. Probrou may also remove any content that violates its policies without prior notice.
12. Changes to These Terms
Probrou may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updated versions will be published within the application or on the official website. Continued use of the platform after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
13. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Karnataka, India.
